Hydrotherapy tables are a technological advance over whirlpools and immersion water therapy. The effects are very similar but the patient remains dry. The patient lies back, completely clothed, on the surface of the table. Just under the surface is a mattress filled with heated water.
A Jacuzzi pump propels the water toward the patient through three patented hydrojets. The pressure of the water against the patient’s body provides the massage. Each jet spins at more than 200 revolutions per minute. A primary wave and a lighter secondary wave combine to produce a very effective deep tissue massage to all areas of the spine simultaneously.
The major physiologic effects of hydrotherapy can be summarized as follows:
Thermal effects, Relaxation, Promotion of tissue healing, Increase in circulation, Analgesia, Relief of muscle spasm, Increase in mobility, Sedation, Removal of metabolic toxins

Electricity is actually one of the safest and most effective ways of treating pain and other illness, because it is associated with so few side effects. Electrotherapy delivers a small, pulsating current to a person’s muscles and nerve endings. This current causes the muscles to contract and then relax.
Electrotherapy is a physical treatment where electrical stimulation is applied to nerves and muscles via electrodes that are placed on the skin. It uses electrical impulses to improve symptoms of pain, muscle loss, and depression in patients. Electrotherapy devices work in slightly different ways, depending on what type of problem they are treating.

Certain devices excel at treating pain, while others specialize in muscle stimulation. Electrotherapy devices that help with pain associated with traumatic injury as well as chronic and acute pain is called TENS. Electrotherapy promotes nerve conduction, blood circulation, and also helps the body to heal on its own. It is very similar to a deep tissue massage. The effects of electrotherapy are cumulative, so you will see more benefits after repeated treatments.
The Adjustment Table is designed to utilize controlled rhythmic pressure through the action of three rotating rollers that revolve around a shaft 24 times per minute, either in a fixed position or in a longitudinal excursion motion. The tension is adjusted by changing the height of the rollers, and it may b e tangentially conducted by selection of clockwise or counterclockwise motion of the rollers.
The Adjustment Table can be also used as a general purpose examination table. The spinalign treatment has been found to be very beneficial prior to manual adjustment or manipulation.
Some doctors find that the roller action aids in relaxing to muscles, stimulating the nerves and in general easing the patient, giving him a feeling of comfort and relief.
